Stacado is an early-stage project management platform that was in its MVP stage. The founder of Stacado approached me to spearhead a complete redesign of the home and stack screen user interfaces as they ramped up to deploy a new version of the MVP to get out to users. After further thinking of the business's current needs of user adoption and retention to move out of an MVP stage and further validate the product's need in the marketplace, I proposed that we look beyond UI enhancements and also think about the features we could implement to enhance the product experience.
